Apache Tomcat

The Apache Tomcat® software is an open source implementation of the Java Servlet, JavaServer Pages, Java Expression Language and Java WebSocket technologies.

The Apache Tomcat software is released under the Apache License version 2.

GeoServer

GeoServer® is an open source server for sharing geospatial data. Designed for interoperability, it publishes data from any major spatial data source using open standards.

GeoServer is distributed under the GNU General Public License Version 2.0 here.


PostGIS

PostGIS® PostGIS is a spatial database extender for PostgreSQL object-relational database. It adds support for geographic objects allowing location queries to be run in SQL.

PostGIS is released under the GNU General Public License (GPLv2 or later). Refer to License FAQ for more information. PostGIS is developed by a group of contributors led by a Project Steering Committee. PostGeoServer is distributed under the GNU General Public License Version 2.


Oracle SE and JRE

Oracle® Java is a is distributed under the Oracle Binary Code License Agreement for the Java SE Platform Products and JavaFX.


PostgreSQL

PgRouting

pgRouting extends the PostGIS / PostgreSQL geospatial database to provide geospatial routing functionality.

pgRouting is available under the GPLv2 License and is supported by a growing community of individuals, businesses and organizations.
