Raster Profile

Extract pixel values along a line or path.

Overview

Raster profile extracts pixel values from a raster dataset along a specified line or path.

Inputs

  • Raster Dataset: Raster dataset to sample
  • Line Geometry: GeoJSON LineString for profile path
  • Band (optional): Band to sample (default: first band)

Outputs

Profile data containing:

  • Distance along line
  • Pixel values at each point
  • Coordinates

Example

Notes
